The teaching faculty at Rockaway Music is composed of individuals who have extensive backgrounds in music and are very knowledgeable about playing the piano. Each one of our teachers has experience in the teaching field and works with students who are at all different playing levels.
At our NJ piano school, our students range from beginning to advanced levels in regard to the amount of piano study and playing they have been exposed to. It does not matter what level of play you are at – our faculty will meet with you for an initial consultation to assess where to begin.
As a beginner student, we will work with you to make goals and decide what it is that you would like to achieve throughout the time you are taking piano lessons. As an advanced student, we will evaluate your current level of play and then work from there. The difference between our beginners and our more advanced students is the type of material we will provide you with to learn to play.
When you come to our piano school in New Jersey, we will ask you what your musical interests are to discover what types of music you would like to focus on playing. From classical music to rock or Broadway tunes, we will provide you with the materials that will best match up with your musical interests.
There
are many benefits in learning to play the piano,

- You will learn how to cope with setbacks and overcome obstacles
Our
main priorities are to help you learn how to play the piano or
